Do you offer onsite support?
Yes. IT Monkee provides onsite support for homes and small businesses in Iowa Colony, Pearland, Manvel, Alvin, Houston, and surrounding areas.
Do you provide remote support?
Yes. Many computer, software, email, and troubleshooting issues can be handled remotely.
What is Managed IT Services?
Managed IT Services provides ongoing support, monitoring, maintenance, and technology guidance for businesses that need reliable IT help without hiring full-time internal IT staff.
What is MonkeeGuard?
MonkeeGuard is IT Monkee’s cybersecurity and monitoring platform currently in beta development. It is designed to help provide threat detection, honeypot monitoring, DNS protection, alerts, and network visibility.
Do you support both businesses and homes?
Yes. IT Monkee supports both residential clients and small businesses, with a stronger focus on managed IT and business technology services.
Do you support Macs and PCs?
Yes. IT Monkee provides support for Windows PCs, Macs, laptops, desktops, workstations, printers, and network devices.
Do you offer emergency or after-hours support?
Emergency or after-hours support may be available depending on availability and urgency. Premium rates may apply.
Can you help with Wi-Fi and networking?
Yes. IT Monkee provides home and business Wi-Fi setup, network troubleshooting, router/firewall configuration, access point setup, VPN support, and network security guidance.

Do monkeys really work at IT Monkee?
While no actual monkeys are currently employed, they do occasionally inspect cables, press random keyboard shortcuts, and demand bananas. All critical IT work is performed by experienced humans who know better than to reboot a server just because a monkey told them to.
